AHI Grant Search helps users discover and review grant opportunities. AHI Tender Search addresses tenders. Results may include links to third-party websites and public funding portals.

We do not guarantee that any grant or tender will be available, suitable, accurate, complete, or that any application will be successful. Always confirm details on the official source.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and comply with all applicable laws when using the Service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or bypass security or rate limits
• Submit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Upload or submit sensitive personal data unless strictly necessary

We may suspend or block access if we reasonably believe you are violating these Terms or misusing the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, J24D WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED USD/EUR 100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (WHICHEVER IS GREATER).

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, excluding conflict of laws rules. Courts located in Austin, Texas will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
