If you are accessing our Service from within ChatGPT or other provider, note that OpenAI and other services provide those platforms separately under their own terms and privacy policy.

1. Who we are & roles under data protection law

• We act as data controller for account/admin info, support communications, and Service usage.
• We act as controller for end-user prompts/requests sent to model providers.
• OpenAI may act as processor or independent controller depending on context.

2. What information we collect

A. Information you provide

• Search inputs and prompts (organization name, project description, keywords)
• Optional information including personal data in requests

Warning: Please avoid entering sensitive personal information (e.g., health data, government IDs, passwords) into search queries.

B. Information collected automatically

• Basic usage data (timestamps, pages/actions used, error logs)
• Device and connection data (IP address, browser type, approximate location)

C. Information from OpenAI

If you access the Service through an OpenAI product, OpenAI may send us the information needed to run the tool (typically your request content and any tool parameters).

• Run the Service and return grant search results
• Improve relevance and performance (debugging, quality monitoring)
• Maintain safety and prevent abuse (rate limiting, fraud prevention)
